In a shelter in Texas, victims of Hurricane Harvey had their spirits lifted by the soaring voices of a group of gospel singers who spontaneously broke out into song this week.
“The singers are staying at the Lone Star Convention and Expo Center in Conroe, Texas, north of Houston.,” Breitbart News reported.

Montgomery County was also hard hit by the flooding brought by Hurricane Harvey.

According to Scott Engle of the Montgomery County Police Reporter, there have been 1,300 high water rescues and 1,100 county residents displaced in shelters. Three hundred roads are deemed impassable. His home was also flooded.
There have been many amazing stories of the events in Texas.
WCVB, for instance, reported on the group of rescuers who created a human chain to help rescue an elderly man stranded in the rushing waters.
In another amazing video, a young boy who was caught in the waters was rescued by the brave crew of men who happened by.
The San Diego Union-Tribune found seven inspiring stories of heroic deeds committed by Harvey rescuers and Texas residents including the selfless act of furniture store owner Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale who opened up his store to serve as a shelter.
